This year's Bike Ride will take place on Sunday 13 June 2010 and this year will take place almost entirely on the Aberystwyth to Tregaron Cycle Track. It will cater for riders of all ages and levels of fitness and the choice of route and length of journey is yours. Sponsorship will be in aid of Macmillan Nurses and Age Concern.
